Stupid Customers
WorkOk… So this guy calls in with an email problem. He proceeds to tell me whats wrong. He is really bad at communicating what is wrong as I thought he was having problems receiving email in the sense that people are getting bounce backs. What he really meant was that he can not log in to the email account. So I proceed to troubleshoot bouncing email and he wonders what I’m talking about and I wonder what he is talking about we finally figure out what is going on. The guy then accuses me of not fixing one of his problems in the past because I went home and he replied to the ticket after I went home. I’m just thinking “sorry but I have a life too, It’s not my fault you replied to the ticket at 2am.” He then asks to talk to a different Support Tech. I gladly hand him off to one of my co workers who fixes the problem without any trouble. So, I guess I wont ever be helping this customer again in the future.
